Chef
Gaetano Palumbo
Cooking was always a central part of family life for Gaetano and he was inspired to become a chef at an early age. Like most Italians, he is passionate about good food. From humble beginnings and with cooking in his blood, Chef Gaetano quickly scaled the culinary heights to become recognized as a master of the art of Italian cuisine. In Rome he worked at two of the world’s leading hotels, The Lord Byron and The Hassler Hotel.
Later, Chef Gaetano brought his passion, creativity and a wealth of expertise to Rossini’s in 2006. He continues to thrill diners with the finest authentic Italian dishes and his exquisite regional Sicilian favorites.
