Join us for a memorable evening of renowned Spanish wines and exquisite Italian cuisine at the Torres Wine Dinner. Torres family estates produce some of finest wines in the world and are found on wine lists of the most prestigious restaurants.
The evening's dining will include sea bass carpaccio with candied peach served with Gran Vina Sol 2007, robiola cheese with grilled tiger prawns and blackberries matched with Sangre de Toro 2007, and fillet of venison with chocolate sauce and pomegranate accompanied by Gran Coronas Reserva 2005. The evening of fine wines, exceptional cuisine, and stimulating company ends with macadamia nut cake with gianduja cream and Muscat sherbet followed by coffee, tea and biscotti.
