We are pleased to share the exciting news with you that the hotel is undergoing a soft refurbishment of our guestrooms. Work has commenced from the lowest guest floor, level 10, and now we have completed over 406 rooms. We focus on a limited number of floors including buffer floors to mitigate any noise disturbance to a minimum. Indeed work will be carried out on Monday to Friday between the hours of 9.00 am. to 6.00 pm. during a time when many guests are out of their guestrooms. On weekends work will be limited, so as not to disturb you.
The plan is to give the rooms a totally fresh look, with a new color scheme; all furniture will be reupholstered and new carpets and drapes will be installed. The desk area will be enhanced with a working chair, high-tech media hub connected to a new TV and intelligent Internet access points. All lighting fixtures and lamps will be replaced with high efficiency LED lighting and new air-conditioning. Further improvements will be made to the walk-in closet and bathroom.
The hotel’s project team are very experienced and aware of the importance to balance the needs of our guests with the demands of the refurbishment work. Our greatest priority is to ensure that any potential disturbance will be kept to a minimum and confined to specific floors only. Moreover, if you are out of the hotel during the day time, there will be no impact on your stay experience. We are committed to ensuring that our guest’s satisfaction, comfort and convenience, as well as caring and efficient service remains our highest priority at all times.
