Chef Alfredo Russo is the acknowledged master of ‘New Italian Style' cuisine and the culinary genius at the renowned "Il Dolce Stil Novo" restaurant in Turin. The Michelin star chef has created a special menu of extraordinary contemporary Italian cuisine for Rossini's and selected an outstanding range of fine wines.
A passionate and gifted chef, Stefano Merlo is a native of the historic city of Padova in northern Italy. His rich culinary heritage and contemporary presentation ensures a truly exquisite dining for a business lunch or romantic dinner.
Together, Chef Alfredo and Chef Stefano present exceptional modern Italian cuisine designed to enrich your life. At lunchtime, the changing daily menu of regional Italian cuisine offers an enticing choice of antipasti, three pasta dishes, four main course and dessert options, and coffee and tea. Starting from just Baht 690*, the lunch is exceptional value and all served within the traditional lunch hour.
Diners can enjoy signature dishes including Alfredo Russo's exquisite veal tongue in green sauce, and a delicious bean soup with maltagliati pasta. Highly recommended is the tortelli ham with Parmesan cheese sauce and peas. The divine lunchtime menu also includes grilled lobster with leeks and artichokes in the ash.
Rossini's lunchtime menu offers a choice of sweet treats such as the intriguing hot chocolate foam in rum crushed ice.
Discerning diners can enjoy a memorable lunch, Monday - Friday at 12.00 - 14.30 hours, and dinner daily from 18.30 - 22.30 hours.

Rossini's award-winning restaurant features a private room suitable for up to 30 persons. The room is ideal for private dining with family, friends or business colleagues. It can also be used as a stylish meeting room for up to 15 persons.
