Weekend Grande Seafood Dinner Buffet
An ideal choice for families and friends looking for a memorable meal and a relaxing weekend, the enticing selection of dishes includes fabulous seafood such as fresh Fin de Claire oysters, Alaskan crab legs, and sushi bar. Lovers of Italian cuisine can indulge at the antipasti bar, enjoy a selection of cold cuts including prosciutto, Parma ham and salami, and a live cooking station serving a variety of homemade pasta and risotto dishes. The carving station serves succulent Australian lamb. Chinese dishes such as enticing bite size dim sum, and fragrant Indian favourites are also available. An array of sweets treats end this extraordinary buffet on a high note. Guests can choose from 16 flavours of ice cream, a chocolate fountain, pancakes, crepes and much more.
